Frequently asked questions

All items sold are final sale, except for manufacturing defects.

In the unlikely event where the item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact chance.homeware@gmail.com within 7 business days of receiving the item. You may be required to submit photos to aid in our warranty assessment for a replacement(if available) or refund.

If an item has been delivered and it clearly appears damaged it is important to check carefully before you sign for the delivery. If you notice carton damage please note on the consignment that the packaging is damaged and cross out “received in good condition”. 

All items should be opened and checked immediately after delivery and we should be contacted if there are any issue or concerns. Submit your photos to us at chance.homeware@gmail.com. You have 2 business days from receipt of the items to make a damage claim.

We do not accept any cancellation of orders and all payment will be forfeited in the event of a cancellation.

We do not accept change of orders once it has been confirmed.

We accept Paypal, Visa or Mastercard. 

Shipping fee is charged at a flat rate of $19.

Every item is made to order and it will take 10 to 14 weeks to arrive. We will perform multiple quality checking making sure each step is meticulously executed, from your furniture’s production in our prestige manufacturer to our stringent packaging process to ensure you receive the item in good condition.

Self-pick up is not an option at the moment.

Generally, you will be given an indication of the day of delivery but not the exact time.

Depending on the area you may be charged for delivery fee. 

We will only deliver the item to doorstep. If there is a request to move item into the unit, you may request on the spot but with additional charges. 

We are unable to give 100% assurance on the product information despite we have taken reasonable steps to depict the products as accurately as possible through the image. Measurement might be slightly deviated as it is taken manually by different staff. The color and other details on the products may not exactly reflect on the actual one you received. This could be due to lighting or the screen devices used for browsing our site. Any information on our site regarding the products are to serve as a guidance.
